Abstract

Una etiqueta en el molde mejorada para usarse para etiquetar productos hechos por inyeccion, u otras tecnologias de modelo tiene un corte en el molde en forma de zig-zag contenido en un area de registro el cual contiene tinta similar a la de la resina del producto. Al menos un reborde esta formado en una pared de la cavidad del molde cerca de la posicion que se pretende reciba una etiqueta en el molde. El resalto protege el borde delantero de la etiqueta en el molde de flujo de resina a traves de las paredes de la cavidad del molde. Debido a que el borde delantero de la etiqueta esta protegido, la resina fluye sobre la etiqueta y fija la etiqueta a la pared de la cavidad del molde, creando un recipiente para etiqueta formada sobre la pared del recipiente. De manera alternativa, se proporciona una tapa de recipiente con un resalto para facilitar la colocacion de faldones y colocacion de etiqueta sobre el area de la bandeja de la tapa. Esas caracteristicas mejoran la integridad estructural y la apariencia sin defectos, uniforme, del recipiente moldeado terminado. Debido a la mejor integridad estructural, pueden ser usadas resinas de fusion alta para crear un recipiente, reduccion del tiempo del ciclo, y de este modo el costo del producto. La ausencia de defectos en el recipiente terminado reduce los residuos de elaboracion.
