Abstract

Modalidades de la presente invencion divulgan metodo para la produccion de solutos preacondicionados que no muestras picos de temperatura durante el superenfriamiento en un proceso criogenico. Ademas, los solutos demuestran capacidades y caracteristicas utiles tales como unas velocidades de absorcion de calor mas eficientes y propiedades de materiales eutecticos que hacen que los solutos preacondicionados sean un medio eficiente de intercambio de calor. Los metodos incluyen el superenfriamiento de un soluto para inducir una capacidad de cambio de fase de larga duracion. El soluto preacondicionado puede ser descongelado y conservara capacidades de cambio de fase de larga duracion para ciclos subsecuientes de congelacion si se siguen los protocolos de congelacion divulgados aqui. El material a congelar puede ser directamente inmerso e solutos superenfriados, preacondicionados para congelacion. El soluto puede ser propilenglicol, glicerol u otros solutos adecuados.
