Abstract
Det beskrives en anordning for kjøling av næringsmidler, særlig vannbaserte drikker, med en kuldeakkumulator (6) som inneholder et fiasevekslingsmateriale. Gjennom kuldeakkumulatoren (6) er det fiørt en ledning (8) fior en vannbasert væske som skal kjøles. Videre er det anordnet en innretning (2) fior bortfiøring av varme fra kuldeakkumulatoren (6). For kostnadsgunstig og enkel fremstilling så vel som efifektiv utfiorming av en slik anordning fioreslås det å utfiorme kuldeakkumulatoren (6) av et komposittmateriale av ekspandert grafitt og et fiasevekslingsmateriale, som gjennomgår en fiastflytende-fiaseveksling ved eller over 273K.
