Abstract
Se describe un separador del gas/solidos de ciclon multiple con re-arrastre reducido de solidos. El separador utiliza una pluralidad de ciclones separados horizontalmente de los ciclones adyacentes para procesar gas de combustion que contiene finos de catalizador residual. Cada ciclon tiene un cuerpo que tiene un extremo de entrada de suministro para admitir gas y solidos arrastrados hacia un espacio anular definido por una pared lateral del cuerpo del ciclon y un tubo de salida de gas cilindrico alineado axialmente con el cuerpo del ciclon. Una salida para solidos en un extremo opuesto del cuerpo de ciclon tiene una salida tangencial para solidos y una cantidad menor de gas a traves de una pared lateral del cuerpo del ciclon. Una abertura para reflujo de gas esta alineada axialmente con el tubo de salida. La pluralidad de ciclones comparten tanto una camara recolectora comun para solidos descargados desde la salida para solidos, como un colector comun para gas y solidos arrastrados. Se coloca una pluralidad de broqueles en la camara recolectora para inhibir la descarga de solidos desde la salida tangencial de los ciclones adyacentes en una vecindad de una entrada de la abertura para reflujo de gas.
