Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un metodo para preparar una 4-amino-4-feniIpiperidina (1), en donde: R es hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo (C1-C3), caracterizado porque consiste en tratar secuencialmente 4-piperidona (II) protegida, en donde: Pr?? representa un grupo N-protector capaz de ser eliminado, primero con una cianuro alcalino despues con una amina ENHPr?? (III), en donde: E representa un grupo R??= grupo alquilo C1-C3 o un grupo N-protector y Pr???? es un grupo N-protector, el/los grupo(s) capaces de ser eliminados en las mismas condiciones que Pr??, despues someter el compuesto resultante (IV) a una reaccion Grignard con un haluro de fenilmagnesio, eliminar dos o tres grupos protectores del compuesto resultante (V) y aislar el compuesto (I) ya sea en la forma de una base libre que es transformada en una de sus sales.
