Un proceso para la reproduccion recombinante de un peptido antifusogenico por la expresi6n de un acido nucleico que codifica el peptido antifusogenico como el peptido de repeticion en una celula hospedera microbiana, el aislamiento de los cuerpos de inclusion que contienen el peptido de repeticion, la solubilizacion de los cuerpos de inclusion, y el aislamiento del peptido antifusog4nico despues de la segmentacion, caracterizado por el lavado de los cuerpos de inclusion con un agente desnaturalizante a un valor de pH de, o abajo de, pH 6.5, la solubilizacion de los cuerpos de inclusion que contienen el peptido de repeticion a un valor de pH de al menos pH 9 y la segmentacion del peptido de repeticion para obtener el peptido antifusogenico.
