Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un metodo para el ajuste especifico de la estructura superficial del material (3) a laminar por un laminado en frio en estructuras de laminado de endurecimiento o acabado, en donde se realiza una transferencia parcial de la estructura superficial de los cilindros de trabajo (2) hacia el material (3) a laminar. Para este fin, se propone de acuerdo a la invencion que con la ayuda de un modelo tribologico para el calculo matematico, se calculen las proporciones de friccion o rozamiento en la separacion (1) entre rodillos, la modificacion de la rugosidad de los materiales (3) a laminar en el proceso de laminado de uno o multiples bastidores, preferentemente un apisonador de laminado de endurecimiento o acabado de dos bastidores, en un calculo de optimizacion con variacion de los parametros de laminado bajo la consideracion de los limites de maquinado existentes. Los resultados obtenidos se usan para el preajuste de cuando menos una parte de los parametros de laminado extraidos para el calculo.
