Abstract

Union soldada de tubos metalicos provistos con un revestimiento interior, resistente al ataque por fluidos que circulan por su interior. Los tubos estan mecanizados interiormente en la zona proxima a sus extremos a unir, formando en cada extremo un destalonamiento, estando insertado en el espacio anular hueco formado por ambos destalonamientos un anillo separador, cuyo diametro exterior es sustancialmente igual al de los respectivos destalonamientos, y cuya extension axial es sustancialmente igual o menor que la suma de las extensiones axiales de los destalonamientos de los tubos a unir, estando dicho anillo separador constituido por una capa anular exterior de metal de elevada conductibilidad termica y por al menos una capa anular interior de material termoaislante y termoresistente, hallandose la capa anular exterior en contacto termicamente conductor con los tubos metalicos dentro de dicho destalonamiento y estando unidos los tubos metalicos por un cordon de soldadura.
