Abstract

Unión soldada de tubos metálicos provistos con un revestimiento interior, resistente al ataque por fluidos que circulan por su interior. Los tubos están mecanizados interiormente en la zona próxima a sus extremos a unir, formando en cada extremo un destalonamiento, estando insertado en el espacio anular hueco formado por ambos destalonamientos un anillo separador, cuyo diámetro exterior es sustancialmente igual al de dos respectivos destalonamientos , y cuya extensión axial es sustancialmente igual o menor que la suma de las extensiones axiales de los destalonamientos de los tubos al unir, estando dicho anillo separador constituido por una capa anular exterior de metal de elevada conductibilidad térmica y por al menos una capa anular interior de material termoaislante y termoresistente, hallándose la capa anular exterior en contacto térmicamente conductor con los tubos metálicos dentro de dicho destalonamiento y estando unidos los tubos metálicos por un cordón de soldadura.
