Abstract
ELEMENTO DE CONDUTOS COAXIAIS SUBMARINOS MAIS LEVE E REFORçADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento unitário de conduto submarino, particularmente para assegurar uma ligação fundo-superfície, constituído por um conjunto de dois elementos de condutos coaxiais do tipo PiP (1) que compreendem um elemento de conduto interno (2) e um elemento de conduto externo (3) com um espaço anelar (4~ 1~) entre os dois, que compreende, de um modo preferido, um material isolante térmico (4~ 2~) no referido espaço anelar e que comporta em cada extremidade, uma peça de junção (6, 6a-6b) forjada em aço destinada a ligar os dois referidos elementos unitários de condutos coaxiais (1), sendo as referidas peças de junção (6) soldadas, uma a uma, às extremidades dos referidos condutos internos e às extremidades dos referidos condutos externos, caracterizado por o referido elemento de conduto interno (2) compreender, na sua seção principal, um tubo interno (2~ 1~) em metal que apresenta uma espessura reduzida relativamente à espessura das extremidades do referido conduto interno soldadas às referidas peças de junção (6), estando o referido tubo interno (2) revestido por um material (2~ 2~) que compreende fibras contínuas longitudinais enroladas em torno do referido tubo interno de modo a cobrir totalmente a superfície do referido tubo interno.
