Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un tronçon pour un tube de liaison entre un appareil pétrolier disposé en surface et le fond marin dans lequel: on apporte un tronçon de transport (1) résistant à la pleine mer, on dispose une baïonnette femelle (3) autour d'une extrémité renforcée du tronçon de transport, on soude une portion rétrécie de la baïonnette (3) avec cette extrémité renforcée, on dispose un isolant autour du tronçon de transport (1) et autour de la baïonnette (3), on introduit le tronçon de transport dans une enveloppe extérieure (2), on soude une portion rétrécie de l'enveloppe extérieure à l'autre extrémité renforcée du tronçon de transport, on dispose une coiffe (4a, 4b) autour de la baïonnette (3), on soude la coiffe à l'enveloppe extérieure (2) et à la baïonnette (3), un couple de serrage pouvant être appliqué sur l'enveloppe extérieur et transmis au tronçon de transport.
