本发明涉及不锈钢钢管领域,尤其涉及一种隔热的不锈钢钢管。
背景技术
目前钢管一般安装在房屋中,以供水流通过;但是当通过的水流是热水时,由于钢管导热效果比较好,使用者拿起钢管时,容易烫伤手。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供不易烫伤手的一种隔热的不锈钢钢管。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种隔热的不锈钢钢管;包括中空的管体;所述管体从内到外依次设有内不锈钢层、真空层和外不锈钢层;所述内不锈钢层内侧设有内铝合金层,外不锈钢层外侧设有外铝合金层。
所述内铝合金层内侧设有有防腐蚀涂层。通过设置防腐蚀涂层,以避免内铝合金层的腐蚀。
本发明的有益效果是:通过设置内、外铝合金层,以保护内、外不锈钢层,使得内、外不锈钢层不会氧化生锈;通过在内、外不锈钢层设置真空层,不仅增强隔温效果,而且还大大提高了管体的强度和硬度。

参见图1所示,一种隔热的不锈钢钢管;包括中空的管体1;所述管体从内到外依次设有内不锈钢层2、真空层3和外不锈钢层4;所述内不锈钢层内侧设有内铝合金层5,外不锈钢层外侧设有外铝合金层6。通过设置内、外铝合金层,以保护内、外不锈钢层,使得内、外不锈钢层不会氧化生锈;通过在内、外不锈钢层设置真空层,不仅增强隔温效果,而且还大大提高了管体的强度和硬度。
所述内铝合金层内侧设有有防腐蚀涂层7。通过设置防腐蚀涂层,以避免内铝合金层的腐蚀。
