Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a nuevas secuencias promotoras derivadas de una porcion (upstream) a la secuencia codificadora del gen de la proteina PRAC (Proteina de Repeticion de Anquirina Cardiaca) y que es capaz de controlar el nivel y la especificidad de expresion de un transgen in vivo, celulas de musculo cardiaco. De este modo, la presente invencion describe nuevas composiciones, construcciones, vectores y sus usos in vivo para la transferencia y expresion de un acido nucleico in vivo en celulas de musculo cardiaco. La materia objeto de la presente invencion tambien es el uso de las secuencias promotoras para generar animales transgenicos que constituyan modelos para estudiar ciertas patologias cardiacas.
