Abstract

Un aparato de grabacion/reproduccion de informacion para grabar informacion en un medio de almacenamiento magneto/optico y para reproducir informacion a partir de dicho medio de almacenamiento, que incluye una primera capa magnetica para grabar por lo menos informacion, una segunda capa magnetica para regular una fuerza de conexion conmutada, y una tercera capa magnetica para desplazar una pared magnetica de marcas grabadas para reproduccion de informacion. Las tres capas estan apiladas en un sustrato transparente para constituir el medio de almacenamiento. El aparato de grabacion/reproduccion de informacion incluye una cabeza optica y una cabeza magnetica. La cabeza optica tiene una fuente de luz y un lente objetivo, la fuente de luz esta configurada para emitir por lo menos un haz laser con una longitud de onda de aproximadamente 780 nm, el lente objetivo tiene una apertura numerica de aproximadamente 0.45 y esta configurado para enfocar el haz laser a partir de la fuente de luz en un punto de haz para su emision sobre el medio de almacenamiento magneto-optico. La cabeza magnetica es para aplicar un campo magnetico de grabacion al medio de almacenamiento magneto-optico.
