Abstract
Se describe una lamina transparente, co-extruida, resistente al deterioro que esta constituida por (a) una capa superior que contiene particulas que tienen un tamano medio de particula de aproximadamente 1 a 60 micrones en donde 90% de las particulas son menores que 70 micrones, a un cargado de 0.1 a 18%, mezcladas en fundido con una matriz acrilica, en donde la particula y la matriz tienen indices de refraccion dentro de 0.020 unidades cuando se miden de acuerdo con ASTM D 542; y (b) una capa de substrato claro constituida por una composicion acrilica, en donde el substrato tiene un indice de refraccion dentro de 0.020 unidades del indice de refraccion de la matriz de capa superior cuando se mide de acuerdo con ASTM D 542; en donde el producto co-extruido tiene (i) una transmision luminosa (valor Y de Triestimulo CIE) de mas de 90% cuando se mide informacion de transmision espectral usando un espectrofotometro Macbeth(r) Color-Eye(r) 7000 (Division de Kollmorgen lnstruments Corporation), iluminante C, y el observador de 2?? estandar y calculando el valor Y de Triestimulo CIE de acuerdo con ASTM E 308, y (ii) un velo de menos de 16% cuando se mide de acuerdo con ASTM D 1003; y por lo menos uno de (iii) o (iv), (iii) un valor de brillo a 60?? medido en una muestra de 2.997 mm de espesor dentro de 15 unidades del valor de brillo a 60?? medido en una muestra de 2.032 mm de espesor cuando se mide usando un medidor micro-TRI-gloss hechopor BYK-Gardner GmbH de acuerdo con ASTM D 523 usando un respaldo de fieltro negro, y (iv) un cambio en velo segun medicion de acuerdo con ASTM D 1044, despues de 540 revoluciones usando una carga de 500 g y rueda de CS10F, menor que 25%.
