Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un agente tensoactivo formado por cuando menos una particula de dimensiones nanometricas basada en un oxido, hidroxido y/u oxihidroxido metalico, a la superficie a la que estan unidas las cadenas organicas de caracter hidrofobico, en donde los enlaces entre las cadenas y la superficie de la particula estan repartidos de manera no homogenea en la superficie, de tal modo que la particula de superficie modificada resultante posee un caracter anfifilico efectivo. La presente invencion tambien se refiere a composiciones emulsificantes que comprenden particulas de dimensiones nanometricas de superficie modificada, que pueden ser los agentes tensoactivos del tipo anteriormente citado, asi como al procedimiento de preparacion de dichas composiciones emulsificantes.
