Abstract

La invencion, aqui descrita, se refiere a un procedimiento y a una instalacion para evitar sobrecalentamientos y, por lo tanto, disminuciones de la calidad del producto y/o danos materiales en el secado por molienda en una instalacion para el secado por molienda con gas en circuito cerrado. Estas ventajas se consiguen porque el calentador de gas en circuito cerrado, conectado en el circuito cerrado esta puenteado por una derivacion. Esta derivacion se aprovecha o bien se abre de manera regulada en funcion de la energia termica necesaria para el secado del producto a ser molido, mientras que al mismo tiempo el calentador del gas en circuito cerrado esta desacoplado de la corriente principal del gas por medio de una valvula de regulacion. Preferentemente se utiliza este procedimiento para el secado por molienda de derivados polisacaridos humedecidos con agua, por ejemplo metilhidroxietilcelulosa o metilhidroxipropilcelulosa.
