Abstract
El objeto de la presente invencion es proporcionar un metodo y tratamiento quimico con fosfato electrolitico capaz de mejorar la eficiencia de la reaccion sobre una superficie metalica (interfaz) previniendo la reaccion en la fase en solucion para prevenir de manera confiable la formacion de sedimento durante el tratamiento continuo. La presente invencion se relaciona con un metodo para formar una pelicula compuesta de un compuesto de fosfato y un metal sobre la superficie de un articulo a ser tratado efectuando un tratamiento electrolitico sobre un articulo de material metalico a ser tratado en un bano de tratamiento quimico con fosfato poniendo en contacto el material metalico que tiene conductividad electrica con el bano de tratamiento quimico con fosfato que contiene iones fosfato y acido fosforico, iones nitrato, iones metalicos que forman un complejo con los iones fosfato en el bano de tratamiento quimico con fosfato, e iones metalicos para los cuales el potencial del equilibrio de disolucion-precipitacion al cual los iones se disuelven en el bano de tratamiento quimico con fosfato son reducidos y precipitados como metales igual a o mayor que 830 mV, el cual es potencial de descomposicion de la reaccion catodica del solvente en forma de agua cuando se indicado como potencial del electrodo estandar de hidrogeno, y estan sustancialmente libres de iones metales diferentes a aquellos en los cuales son un componente de la pelicula; donde el OPR (potencial de oxidacion-reduccion) del bano del bano de tratamiento quimico con fosfato (indicado como el potencial en relacion a una electrodo de hidrogeno estandar) es mantenido igual a o mayor que 700mV.
