Abstract

Se describe una composicion altamente estable al almacenamiento para la administracion vaginal de clindamicina que es util en el tratamiento de vaginosis bacterial. La composicion es un supositorio vaginal que contiene una cantidad antimicrobiana eficaz de clindamicina dispersada en una base de supositorio de Grasa Dura NF. Las bases de supositorio de Grasa Dura NF proporcionan un producto de clindamicina que tiene estabilidad de larga duracion en almacenamiento al mismo tiempo que es eficaz contra el vaginosis bacterial la cual es equivalente a las cremas vaginales de clindamicina.
