Abstract

Se proporciona un metodo y sistema para seleccionar un esquema de cosmetico de color facial. Un aparato empleado para el sistema incluye un modulo de computadora con una pantalla de monitor a color, un espectrofotometro para medir el color de la piel de un cliente, y un dispositivo para transferir la informacion de color medida desde el espectrofotometro hasta el modulo de computadora, para introducirse en un programa que permite la visualizacion de una cara modelo con el color de la piel en concordancia con la del cliente. El metodo incluye medir, mediante el espectrofotometro, el color facial de un cliente, transmitir la informacion sobre ese color al modulo para exhibirse en la cara modelo que aparece en el monitor, permitir que el cliente seleccione por lo menos un color para un area de la cara que se va a cubrir con un producto cosmetico y luego exhibir la cara modelo visualizada con el color seleccionado. El sistema y e l metodo permiten a un cliente visualizar la combinacion de color sin la necesidad de utilizar el cosmetico de color real en su propia cara para propositos de evaluacion.
