Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una seccion (10) de la maquina fabricante de recipientes de vidrio en la cual los brazos portadores del molde (12, 14) que son girados sobre los arboles o ejes (20, 22), respectivamente, alrededor de un eje comun (A), se provoca que oscilen de manera contraria entre las posiciones abiertas en las cuales las mitades del molde (16, 18) que son llevadas respectivamente por los brazos (12, 14) estan separadas, y las posiciones cerradas en las cuales las mitades del molde estan unidas para definir las cavidades de moldeo entre las mismas. Los movimientos de abertura y cierre de los brazos portadores del molde son accionados por un servomotor electrico reversible unico (24), el cual impulsa a un engranaje impulsor (26). El engranaje impulsor (26) impulsa directamente un primer engranaje mandado (28) y un engranaje mandado intermedio (30) el cual, a su vez, impulsa directamente un segundo engranaje mandado (34). El movimiento giratorio de los engranajes mandados (28, 34) es impartido a los arboles o ejes cortos (38, 40), respectivamente, los cuales llevan los engranajes impulsores coaxiales (42, 44). Los engranajes impulsores (42, 44) impulsan los sectores dentados (46, 48), respectivamente, que estan asegurados desacoplablemente a los arboles o ejes (22, 20), respectivamente. El servomotor (24) tiene devanados dobles; el primero de los cuales, un devanado de par de torsion inferior/velocidad mas elevada para operar el movimiento de los brazos portadores del molde durante una primera porcion de sus movimientos de cierre y durante sus movimiento de abertura, y el segundo de los cuales, un devanado de par de torsion mas elevado/velocidad inferior, para operar el movimiento de los brazos portadores del molde durante una segunda porcion de sus movimientos de cierre.
