Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento de preparacion de un medio de fermentacion que permite la produccion de metabolitos de alta pureza a partir de una materia prima renovable, caracterizado por el hecho de que consiste en opcionalmente, tratar dicha materia prima renovable para enriquecer fuentes carbonadas o nitrogenadas directamente asimilables por los microorganismos, y de manera que se eliminen las impurezas insolubles, eliminar de dicha materia prima renovable las impurezas de bajos pesos moleculares sin alterar su contenido de fuente carbonada directamente asimilable, mediante una tecnica elegida en el grupo constituido por la nanofiltracion y la electrodialisis, tomada sola o en combinacion, tratar la materia prima asi desembarazada de sus impurezas de bajos pesos molecular de manera de completar fuentes nitrogenadas o carbonadas directamente asimilables por los microorganismos y recuperar el medio de fermentacion asi obtenido.
