Abstract
La invencion esta relacionada con un metodo para alimentar y tratar extruidos de plastico que emergen de dados en la forma de un liquido fundido, teniendo una zona de enfriamiento para granular los extruidos de plastico, los extruidos de plastico, inmediatamente despues de que salen de los dados, se cristalizan parcialmente en un medio liquido con control de temperatura sobre una zona de cristalizacion, el medio liquido se mantiene a una temperatura que esta por arriba de la temperatura de transicion vitrea de las extruidos de plastico. La invencion ademas esta relacionada con un aparato para llevar a cabo el metodo, el aparato tiene un aparato para fundir plastico, un aparato para extruir el plastico de los dados, una parte de zona de cristalizacion, que esta acomodada inmediatamente corriente abajo de los dados, y un aparato granulador que esta acomodado corriente abajo de la parte de la zona de cristalizacion. Para controlar la temperatura de la zona de cristalizacion, el aparato tiene dispositivos de calentamiento y/o enfriamiento y unidades de control de temperatura, mediante las cuales la temperatura del medio liquido con control de temperatura puede fijarse a una temperatura que esta por arriba de la temperatura de transicion vitrea de los extruidos de plastico.
