Abstract
Derivados de azacicloalcano que tiene la formula general (I) en donde: R1 y R2 representan un átomo de hidrogeno, un grupo alquilo o un grupo fenilo, o R1 y R2 tomados juntos forman un grupo oxo, R3 es un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo o R3 forma un grupo metileno, R4 es un grupo aromático o, cuando R3 forma un grupo metileno, R4 es un grupo fenileno en el cual un átomo de carbono que está enlazado a Y y otro átomo de carbono, adyacente al átomo de carbono formado está enlazado al grupo metileno, R5 es cualquiera de un grupo OR7, en donde R7 es un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo bencilo, o un grupo N4-metilpiperazinilo, o aun grupo NHR8 donde R8 es un grupo opcionalmente sustituido, n es igual a 1 o 2 X es CH, O o N, e Y es CH2, O o S, su proceso de preparacion y sus aplicaciones en terapia.
