Abstract

En una instalacion de granulacion, una corriente de material constituida por gránulos con espesor de capa de predeterminable recorre una instalacion (4) para el tratamiento térmico de los gránulos. Para el control de proceso de tratamiento térmico se calcula en un modelo matemático (10) la distribucion de la temperatura (T) en al capa de gránulos (2) en virtud de magnitudes del proceso para el calentamiento de gránulos, la distribucion de la temperatura calculada (T) se compara con una distribucion de la temperatura optima (T*) calculada en virtud de los requerimientos de calidad de los gránulos después del tratamiento térmico, y por medio de un algoritmo de optimizacion (14), en funcion de la desviacion entre la distribucion de la temperatura calculada (T) y la distribucion optima de la temperatura (T*), se calculan valores teoricos para el regulador (6), con los que se controlan miembros de ajuste para influir en el proceso en el sentido de una reduccion al mínimo de la desviacion.
