Abstract
El invento hace referencia a una instalacion automática de identificacion de fallos para la verificacion de fisuras en un control en el proceso a través del procesamiento de la imagen segun el método de polvo magnético, en el que mediante dispositivos de iluminacion de activacion de la fluorescencia se determina la concentracion superior de partículas magnetizables fluorescentes sobre las piezas para las áreas en las que se ha provocado la fluorescencia, con - una o varias unidades de registro de imágenes; una instalacion de recogida y de aplicacion del medio de prueba, donde el medio de prueba se introduce en un circuito, - una unidad de procesamiento de imágenes que es apropiada para la evaluacion de las unidades de imágenes registradas con las unidades de registro de imágenes mediante la exploracion y reconocimiento de las áreas más claras y para la emision de diferentes señales en base a la logica de evaluacion, para lo cual - hay previstas varias unidades de registro de imágenes, como cámaras, videocámaras, etc., si procede, moviles, cuya disposicion geométrica, enfoque y también funcion puede comprobarse a través de sensores, - para la activacion de la fluorescencia se utilizan lámparas UV con sensor de medicion de la intensidad, - hay prevista una línea de derivacion (bypass) para la eliminacion del líquido de prueba, que conduce a un dispositivo de comprobacion del medio de prueba para verificar la funcionalidad del mismo, para lo cual el dispositivo de comprobacion del medio de prueba crea una señal correspondiente de la medicion del mismo, para lo cual, las señales de las unidades de comprobacion se conducen a un ordenador, que las comparar con los datos existentes y emite las señales consecuentes que pueden producir una visualizacion, como monitor(es), un dispositivo de documentacion, como una impresora, y/o un equipo que puede producir la modificacion de las magnitudes de servicio, como la tension de las lámparas, el alineamiento de las unidades de registro de imágenes, el enfoque o también para la parada de la instalacion, así como un procedimiento para la identificacion automática de las fisuras.
