LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UNA INSTALACION DE DETECCION DE FALLO AUTOMATICO PARA PRUEBA DE FISURAS EN PROCESOS DE INSPECCION POR MEDIO DE PROCESADO DE IMAGEN MEDIANTE PROCESOS DE POLVOS MAGNETICOS EN DONDE SE DETECTAN REGIONES DE CONCENTRACIONES ALTAS DE PARTICULAS MAGNETIZABLES FLUORESCENTES SOBRE PIEZAS DE TRABAJO MEDIANTE AREAS FORZADAS A DISPONER DE FLUORESCENCIA POR MEDIO DE DISPOSITIVOS DE ILUMINACION QUE EXCITAN FLUORESCENCIA, CON UNA O MAS UNIDADES DE FORMACION DE IMAGEN; APLICANDO UN AGENTE DE PRUEBA Y CON UNA INSTALACION DE RECOLECCION EN DONDE SE COLOCA EL AGENTE DE PRUEBA EN UN CIRCUITO; CON UNA UNIDAD DE PROCESADO DE IMAGEN QUE ES CAPAZ DE EVALUACION DE LAS IMAGENES TOMADAS MEDIANTE LAS UNIDADES DE FORMACION DE IMAGEN EN LA EXPLORACION Y RECONOCIMIENTO DE AREAS BRILLANTES, Y CON CAPACIDAD DE EMISION DE VARIAS SEÑALES A PARTIR DE LA LOGICA DE EVALUACION. SE DISPONE DE VARIAS UNIDADES DE FORMACION DE IMAGEN CON POSIBILIDAD DE MOVIMIENTOS SIMILARES A CAMARA O CAMARAS DE VIDEO, EN UNA DISPOSICION GEOMETRICA, DE FORMA QUE LA FOCALIZACION Y LA OPERACION PUEDEN SER CHEQUEADAS MEDIANTE SENSORES, LAMPARAS U/V CON SENSORES DE MEDICION DE INTENSIDAD QUE SON UTILIZADOS PARA EXCITAR FLUORESCENCIA. SE DISPONE DE UNA LINEA DE BY-PASS QUE ALIMENTA EL FLUIDO DE PRUEBA DENTRO DE UN DISPOSITIVO DE CHEQUEO DE MEDIO A FIN DE COMPROBAR SU EFECTIVIDAD, EN DONDE EL DISPOSITIVO DE CHEQUEO DE MEDIO DE PRUEBA GENERA UNA SEÑAL QUE CORRESPONDE A LA MEDICION DEL MEDIO DE PRUEBA. LAS SEÑALES A PARTIR DE LAS UNIDADES DE PRUEBA SON LLEVADAS A UN ORDENADOR QUE LAS COMPARA CON LOS DATOS PREDETERMINADOS Y EMITE DE MANERA CORRESPONDIENTE A UN INDICADOR, POR EJEMPLO UN MONITOR, A UN DISPOSITIVO DE DOCUMENTO, POR EJEMPLO A UNA IMPRESORA Y/O A UN DISPOSITIVO PARA CAMBIAR LOS VALORES DE OPERACION, POR EJEMPLO EL VOLTAJE DE LAMPARA, LA DIRECCION DE LA UNIDAD DE FORMACION DE IMAGEN O LA FOCALIZACION, O PARA APAGAR LA INSTALACION, Y UN PROCESO PARA LA DETECCION DE FISURA AUTOMATICA.
