Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un tonel o barril con tapa cilíndrico formado mediante soplado, con una tapa de tonel y un cierre tipo de tension, donde el mencionado anillo de tension con una forma de seccion transversal en "U" en la posicion cerrada cubre por encima con un brazo superior el borde exterior de la tapa y con su brazo inferior cubre o agarra por debajo un borde del tonel básicamente horizontalmente o levemente inclinado hacia abajo en la zona de la abertura del cuerpo del tonel, que se caracteriza por el hecho que: - la tapa del tonel presenta inmediatamente detrás del borde de la tapa exterior cubierto por encima por el brazo superior del cierre tipo anillo de tension, el cual en una vista en corte transversal tiene una forma de "U" abierta hacia abajo, en la cual se ha colocado el sello de la tapa y una ranura de agarre eb forma de "V" con un fondo de ranura, recogida perimetralmente hacia abajo en el cuerpo del tonel ubicada entre una placa de tapa central con un diámetro reducido y el borde de la tapa, - el límite interior de la mencionada ranura de agarre está formada por una pieza anular con una trayectoria inclinada conica hacia arriba, al cual sigue la placa de la tapa plana provista de por lo menos un orificio de tonel ubicado lateralmente y embutida en una carcaza del orificio o la abertura, - el brazo inferior del cierre tipo anillo de tension agarre en una retraccion o sacado ubicado en la pared superior del tonel poco debajo del borde superior es el borde del tonel con una trayectoria esencialmente horizontal o la superficie de apoyo con una trayectoria levemente oblicua para el anillo de tension, y cuyo paso hacia abajo a la transicion a la parte totalmente cilíndrica de la pared del tonel tiene una forma básicamente plana conicamente incrementada, donde - la transicion o el peso desde la zona conica a la parte totalmente cilíndrica del cuerpo del tonel se ubica a una distancia desde 80 mm hasta 140 mm, preferentemente de alrededor de 120 mm del borde frontal superior del borde de la abertura del tonel, y donde - el borde superior del tonel de la abertura del mencionado tonel, a modo de apoyo contrario o como superficie de sello para el sello de la tapa, presenta una configuracion maciza y tiene un ancho (o espesor) igual a por lo menos el doble del espesor de la pared del cuerpo del tonel.
