Abstract

Un aparato procesa señales de video de YUV y en paleta de color mezcladas para exhibirse en un receptor de television NTSC o PAL entrelazado, mediante el almacenamiento de primero y segundo campos de una o más imágenes con movimiento en un memoria de gráficos. Las imágenes con movimiento se almacenan como YUV o datos en paleta de color, y a cada imagen con movimiento se le da una prioridad. Una imagen con movimiento de prioridad más alta sobreescribe los datos de pixel de las imágenes con movimiento de una prioridad más baja cuando se traslapan las imágenes con movimiento. Se almacenan concurrentemente primera y segunda líneas horizontales adyacentes de datos de pixel en los primero y segundo campos, respectivamente, en las primera y segunda zona de memoria intermedia dobles respectivas de una zona de memoria intermedia de ensamblaje de pixeles durante cada período de línea.
