Abstract

La presente invencion describe una herramienta manual combinada para cortar un ducto flexible y lo similar, dicha herramienta tiene un (i) mecanismo de sujecion de la hoja, el cual permite un reemplazo rápido, seguro y conveniente de la hoja de navaja de utilidad para cortar un material que requiere una presion de corte relativamente baja (por ejemplo, la porcion aislada de un ducto flexible) y un (ii) una herramienta de corte reemplazable que tiene un borde de corte movible contra una superficie de corte para permitir que el usuario genere una fuerza cortante relativamente alta en una pieza que requiere tal fuerza cortante alta (por ejemplo, el componente de alambre de metal o plástico de un ducto flexible). En la modalidad preferida de la invencion, el mecanismo de sujecion de la hoja mencionado anteriormente incluye dos placas sobrepuestas configuradas similarmente, las cuales son movibles con pivote para permitir la separacion de las placas y el reemplazo de la hoja de navaja de utilidad colocada entre las mismas.
