一种可更换钳切口的模型钳,就是把类似美工刀片的薄钢片用强力铁胶胶住在钳体头部上,再用螺丝把它加固住。如要更换,只需拆下螺丝再用打火机等加热把胶熔化即可。其组成包括:钳体(1),薄钢片钳切口(2),钳切口外限位(3),钳切口里限位(4),弹簧(5),手柄(6).所述的钳体有薄钢片钳切口(2)、钳切口外限位(3)、钳切口里限位(4)、弹簧(5)、手柄(6),它具有钳切口可更换,薄钢片钳切口薄而硬且锋利又耐用,实用性强等特点。

一种可更换钳切口的模型钳
技术领域
本发明涉及五金工具领域,尤其涉及一种可更换钳切口的模型钳。
背景技术
剪切塑料模型材料的钳子称为模型钳,其钳切口必须薄且材质要硬,这样剪切起来才能既锋利又轻松,但也容易崩口及断裂。现有技术跟钳子是一体的,一旦崩口及断裂就只能报废。这种钳子小巧难造,价格也非常昂贵。
因此,需要提供一种可更换钳切口的模型钳解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决该问题,本发明克服了现有的不足,提供了一种可更换钳切口的模型钳,就是把类似美工刀片不超过1.5mm的薄钢片用强力铁胶胶住在钳体头部上,再用螺丝把它加固住。如要更换,只需拆下螺丝再用打火机等加热把胶熔化即可。薄钢片一般都是用ck75#等高碳钢制造的,薄而硬且锋利又耐用,也不太容易断裂崩口。如要把这种材料制成钳子,由于其钢材特殊,目前技术不太现实。其组成包括:钳体(1),薄钢片钳切口(2),钳切口外限位(3),钳切口里限位(4),弹簧(5),手柄(6).所述的钳体有薄钢片钳切口(2)、钳切口外限位(3)、钳切口里限位(4)、弹簧(5)、手柄(6)。具特征在于:钳体有薄钢片钳切口(2)、钳切口外限位(3)、钳切口里限位(4)、弹簧(5)、手柄(6);薄钢片钳切口(2)可更换。
本发明具有钳切口可更换,薄钢片钳切口薄而硬且锋利又耐用,实用性强等特点。
