El producto de panadería tiene la forma y la consistencia de una galleta y comprende, en porcentajes en peso del peso total, 20-62% de almidon y 13-45% de mono- y di-sacáridos. Preferentemente, el producto está exento de harina de cereales y comprende también 8-20% de grasas comestibles.
