Se describe un producto de panadería de multiples finalidades, adecuado para ser ingerido en forma de una galleta y para la preparacion de bebidas dulces instantáneas o para postres de tipo budín o pudín, como consecuencia de ser dispersado en líquidos acuosos tibios o en ebullicion. El producto de panadería tiene la forma y la consistencia de una galleta y comprende, en porcentajes en peso del peso total, 20-62% de almidon y 13-45% de mono- y di-sacáridos. Preferentemente, el producto está exento de harina de cereales y comprende también 8-20% de grasas comestibles.
