Abstract

Una superficie lateral del fondo de cada una deuna pluralidad de segundas partes de cuerpo intermedias generalmenteparalelas, que se extienden longitudinalmente, formada cada una de unmaterial piezoeléctrico activo con su polo en una segunda direcciónopuesta a la primera dirección, se monta conductoramente con unasuperficie lateral superior de una correspondiente de las primeras partesde cuerpo intermedias, y una superficielateral del fondo de una parte decuerpo superior aislante se monta conductoramente con una superficielateral superior de cada una de la pluralidad de segundas partes de cuerpointermedias.
