Abstract

Se describe un método y un aparato para fabricar una tira metálica con un espesor variable. La tira metálica es en particular para uso como una parte de un conjunto de hoja limpiadora de parabrisas. Materia prima que tiene un espesor constante y ancho constante se hace pasar en una condición en frió a través de un par de rodillos de formación opuestos y se varía la separación de los rodillos, con lo cual se deforma la materia de alimentación de una manera variante a lo largo de su longitud para proporcionar una tira formada con un espesor variable.
