Abstract

Se proporciona un transportador de triple cordon con rodillos de guía sobre la paleta, que coactuan con un rodillo de impulso resilente y una guía de placa de leva para proporcionar un control positivo de la paleta durante el rodado en los extremos del transportador desde las posiciones superior hasta la inferior, y viceversa. La combinacion de impulso positivo y control resilente, reduce las fuerzas de la cadena asociadas con el rodado, y minimiza la necesidad de un reajuste constante de la tension de la cadena durante la operacion. Los rodillos eliminan el contacto de la cadena durante la funcion de rodado, eliminando de esta manera la necesidad de elaborar un elemento de contacto y guía de la cadena asociado con la técnica anterior.
