Abstract

Se describen composiciones de agente propulsor-poliuretano-monocomponente expandibles, termoendurecibles, que presentan mezclas constituidas por: a) un prepolímero de NCO líquido o al menos pastoso a temperatura ambiente, que se obtiene mediante reacción de uno o varios poliisocianatos orgánicos con uno o varios compuestos polihidroxílicos, así como; b) un compuesto polihidroxílico sólido, finamente dividido, con al menos dos grupos hidroxi por molécula en promedio, que es insoluble en la fase de prepolímero a) y que esta finamente distribuido en la misma, así como; c) un agente propulsor sólido, finamente dividido, que está finamente distribuido en la fase de prepolímero a), así como; d) en caso dado productos auxiliares y aditivos tales como pigmentos, catalizadores, estabilizantes, agentes auxiliares de la fluencia, agentes tixotrópicos, desecantes, reguladores de la espuma, con la condición de que la temperatura de descomposición del agente propulsor c) no se encuentre sensiblemente por encima de la temperatura de endurecimiento de la composición.
