Abstract

열경화성, 팽창성 일액형 폴리우레탄 조성물이 기재되어 있다. 이들 조성물은 a)실온에서 유동성이고, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 폴리히드록실 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 얻어지는 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머;b)분자당 평균 2개 이상의 히드록실기를 갖고, 프리폴리머 상 a)중에서 불용성이고, 그 중 미세하게 분포된 고상의 미분 폴리히드록실 화합물;및 c)프로폴리머 상 a)중에 미세하게 분포된 고상의 미분 취입제로 이루어지며, 단, 취입제 c)의 분해 온도가 이 조성물의 경화 온도보다 그다지 높지 않다.
이들 폴리우레탄 조성물은 또한 d)안료, 촉매, 안정화제, 유동 증지네, 농후화제, 건조제 및 발포 조절제와 같은 보조제 및 첨가제로 이루어질 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. a)실온에서 유동성이고, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 폴리히드록실 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 얻어지는 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머;b)분자당 평균 2개 이상의 히드록실기를 갖고, 프리폴리머 상 a)중에서 불용성이고, 그 중 미세하게 분포된 고상의 미분 폴리히드록실 화합물;및 c)프로폴리머 상 a)중에 미세하게 분포된 고상의 미분 취입제로 이루어지며, 단, 취입제 c)의 분해 온도가 이 조성물의 경화 온도보다 그다지 높지 않은, 열경화성이고 팽창성인 일액형 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 조성물이 d)보조제 및 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 것인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리히드록실 화합물 b)가 1㎜이하의 입자 크기를 갖는 미분 펜타에리트리톨인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 취입제 c)가 100㎛ 이하의 입자 크기 및 140 내지 210℃의 분해 온도를 갖는 미분 아조디카르본아미드 제제인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리히드록실 화합물과 반응하여 상기 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 a)를 형성하는데 사용된 상기 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄-4,4´-디이소시아네이트, 톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리히드록실 화합물과 반응하여 상기 이소시아네이트 프로폴리머 a)를 형성하는데 사용되는 상기 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 헥사메틸렌-1,6-디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 4,4´-메틸렌-비스-(시클로헥실이소시아네이트), 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응하여 상기 프리폴리머 a)를 형성하는데 사용되는 상기 폴리히드록실 화합물이 500이상의 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올, 500 이상의 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 조성물.
  8. 고온에서 폴리우레탄 조성물을 경화시킴으로써 가교되어 발포된 성형품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 조성물이 제1항의 팽창성 일액형 폴리우레탄 조성물에 해당함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
