Claims (11)
- 분산된 중합체 미립자를 함유하고 있는 액체 유기 폴리이소시아네이트내에 고체 난연체가 분산되어 있는 것으로 구성된 난연성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 난연제가 멜라민, 암모늄 폴리포스페이트, 구아니딘 카밀네이트로부터 선택된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 중량의 약 10-100wt%의 고체 난연제가 포함된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 중량의 약 40-80wt%의 고체 난연제가 포함된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 중량의 약 2-30wt%의 분산된 중합체 미립자를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 조성물로 이루어진 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 조성물이 중합체 폴리올내에서 하나 이상의 비닐단량체를 자체적으로 중합시켜만든 중합체 폴리올로 구성된 폴리올 성분을 화학 양론식 보다 많은 양의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 얻은 우레탄 초기중합체로 구성되는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 조성물이 중합체 폴리올내에서 폴리이소시아네이트와 아미노- 또는 하이드록시- 기능 화합물 또는 하이드라진 또는 하이드라지드 사이의 자체적 반응으로인해 만들어진 개질된 폴리올로 구성된 폴리올 성분을 화학양론식의 양보다 많은 양의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 만든 우레탄 초기중합체로 구성된 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트가 폴리이소시아네이트와 하나 이상의 아민사이의 반응에 의해 만들어진 분산된 폴리우레아 입자로 구성된 조성물.
- 제1항부터 제9항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어, 유리 NCO함량이 15wt%이상에서부터 30wt%까지인 조성물.
- (A) 전기한 항중 어느 한 항의 난연성 조성물 및 (B) 하나의 이소시아네이트-반응성 성분:으로 구성된, 난연성 중합물질을 만드는데 사용하기 위한 반응시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
