技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯材料的领域,更具体涉及一种聚氨酯半硬质泡沫塑料。
背景技术
玻璃棉属于玻璃纤维中的一个类别,是一种人造无机纤维。玻璃棉是将熔融玻璃纤维化,形成棉状的材料,化学成分属玻璃类,是一种无机质纤维.具有成型好、体积密度小、热导率彽、保温绝热、吸音性能好、耐腐蚀、化学性能稳定。现有技术中,汽车引擎盖内的隔热垫多采用玻璃棉材料,玻璃棉的隔热好,硬度高,成本低,但是玻璃棉的生产工艺对环境污染较大,并且对人体健康也有较大危害,同时其韧性低也破损。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种隔音隔热且环保的聚氨酯半硬质泡沫塑料。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种聚氨酯半硬质泡沫塑料,按重量份数计包括:10份的高活性聚醚多元醇、90份的接枝聚醚多元醇、20份的阻燃剂、8份的海绵增硬剂、80份的甲苯二异氰酸酯、5.8份的水、0.3份的聚醚胺、2.5份的表面活性剂、12份的甲基纤维素。
在一些实施方式中,所述高活性聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇330N。
在一些实施方式中,所述接枝聚醚多元醇为接枝聚醚多元醇2045。
在一些实施方式中,所述表面活性剂为阻燃硅油L-5702。
其有益效果为:本发明的聚氨酯半硬质泡沫塑料的隔音、隔热效果好,并且韧性更高不易破损,环境污染少,不影响人体健康。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例一
用于制备聚氨酯半硬质泡沫塑料的配方按重量份数计包括:10份的高活性聚醚多元醇、90份的接枝聚醚多元醇、20份的阻燃剂、8份的海绵增硬剂、80份的甲苯二异氰酸酯、5.8份的水、0.3份的聚醚胺、2.5份的表面活性剂、12份的甲基纤维素。所述高活性聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇330N。所述接枝聚醚多元醇为接枝聚醚多元醇2045。所述表面活性剂为阻燃硅油L-5702。
聚氨酯半硬质泡沫塑料的制备方法为:将高活性聚醚多元醇和接枝聚醚多元醇控温在18-23℃之间,再添加阻燃剂、海绵增硬剂、水、聚醚胺、表面活性剂和甲基纤维素,搅拌速度为150-250r/min,搅拌均匀后,加入甲苯二异氰酸酯,维持温度继续搅拌2-5秒,搅拌混合均匀后进行发泡,倒入模箱中,自然发泡。
发泡完成之后,在自然环境下冷却熟化72小时以上,不需要爆破开孔。
制得的聚氨酯半硬质泡沫塑料的填料空隙率大于98%,孔数为110PPI,隔音、隔热效果好,并且韧性更高不易破损。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域技术人员来讲,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种聚氨酯半硬质泡沫塑料,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括:10份的高活性聚醚多元醇、90份的接枝聚醚多元醇、20份的阻燃剂、8份的海绵增硬剂、80份的甲苯二异氰酸酯、5.8份的水、0.3份的聚醚胺、2.5份的表面活性剂、12份的甲基纤维素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯半硬质泡沫塑料,其特征在于,所述高活性聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇330N。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯半硬质泡沫塑料,其特征在于,所述接枝聚醚多元醇为接枝聚醚多元醇2045。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯半硬质泡沫塑料,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为阻燃硅油L-5702。
