Abstract

실온 경화형 폴리우레탄 조성물은 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물 또는 폴리우레탄 초기중합체(A), 하나 이상의 옥사졸리딘 환을 갖는 옥사졸리딘 화합물(B), 옥사졸리딘 환의 개환 촉진용 화합물(C) 및 임의로 개질된 카보디이미드(D)를 포함한다. 본 발명의 폴리우레탄 조성물은 저장 안정성이 탁월하고 경화시에 발포되지 않는다.

Claims (7)

  1. 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물 또는 폴리우레탄 초기중합체(A), 하나 이상의 옥사졸리딘 환을 갖는 옥사졸리딘 화합물(B) 및 옥사졸리딘 환의 개환 촉진용 화합물(C)을 포함하는, 실온 경화형 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  2. 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물 또는 폴리우레탄 초기중합체(A), 하나 이상의 옥사졸리딘 환을 갖는 옥사졸리딘 화합물(B), 옥사졸리딘 환의 개환 촉진용 화합물(C) 및 카보디이미드 또는 개질된 카보디이미드(D)를 포함하는, 실온 경화형 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물 또는 유기 이소시아네이트와 폴리올을 포함하는 우레탄 초기중합체와 N-하이드록시알킬 옥사졸리딘과의 반응 생성물인 실온 경화형 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 가수분해성 에스테르 화합물인 실온 경화형 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 p-톨루엔설포닐 이소시아네이트와 산소 함유 유기 화합물 또는 황 함유 유기 화합물과의 혼합물 또는 부가물인 실온 경화형 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 유기 비스무트 화합물인 실온 경화형 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 오르토포름산 에스테르 및 유기 규산 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹(e), p-톨루엔설포닐 이소시아네이트와 산소 함유 또는 황 함유 유기 화합물과의 혼합물 또는 부가물의 그룹(f) 및 유기 비스무트 화합물의 그룹(g)의 각 그룹 하나 이상의 화합물의 혼합물인 실온 경화형 폴리우레탄 조성물.
