Abstract

Se describe una subfragmento de ácido nucléico único que codifica para la aspartoquinasa insensible a la lisina (AK), que es capaz de provocar una producción mayor de la normal de treonina, cuando se liga a un subframento de ácido nucléico que codifica para la sintetasa del ácido dihidrodipicolíco, insensible a la lisina (DHDPS), mayor de la producción normal de lisina. Una modalidad adicional también incluye un subframento que codifica para la cetoglutarato-reductasa de la lisina, antisentido. Se proporciona las secuencias de ácido nucléico y los genesquiméricos, así como los métodos para incrementar el contenido de lisina o de semillas de plantas vegetales.
