Abstract
Se describe una subfragmento de ácido nucléico único que codifica para la aspartoquinasa insensible a la lisina (AK), que es capaz de provocar una producción mayor de la normal de treonina, cuando se liga a un subframento de ácido nucléico que codifica para la sintetasa del ácido dihidrodipicolíco, insensible a la lisina (DHDPS), mayor de la producción normal de lisina.
