Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de (S) (+)-4,4-(1 metil-1,2 etanodiílo)-bis-(2,6-piperazinodiona) (UGRF-187) en la cual se sintetiza un producto intermedio de +aciso tetracético 1,2-diaminopropano conjuntamente con sal de producto secundarios, caracterizado porque el producto intermedio de ácido tetraacético se somete a ciclización en forma de sal para producir el ICRF-187 deseado.
