Abstract
En un método para fabricar un componente estructural para vehículos de motor mediante conformación en caliente de un producto semiterminado en forma de placa reforzado de material termoplástico con fibras continuas incorporadas ("lámina orgánica"), regiones de la lámina orgánica (2) proporcionadas para alojar la lámina orgánica (2) en un dispositivo de conformación en caliente (1) y/o porciones (21, 22) del componente estructural (5) fabricado a partir de la lámina orgánica (2), que se exponen a un aumento de carga, son estructuradas más fuertemente y/o se someten a un tratamiento térmico particular durante la conformación en caliente.
