Abstract
La sonda de monitorización (1) comprende; un sustrato (2) de FR4 con dos caras; dos pistas (3) de cobre dispuestas en una de las caras del sustrato (2), con un terminal de contacto eléctrico (7) al exterior de la sonda (1); una región conductora (6) con funciones de electrodo de referencia, con una terminal de contacto eléctrico (8) al exterior de la sonda (1), ocupando la totalidad de la otra cara del sustrato (2); una capa de material pasivante (5) que cubre parcialmente las pistas (3) de cobre y deja descubiertas dos zonas libres (12, 13) de dichas pistas (3), correspondiendo una de dichas zonas libres (12) al terminal de contacto eléctrico (7) de las dos pistas (3) de cobre; y dos elementos sensores ESI (4) sensibles a al menos uno de los parámetros de interés a monitorizar en el terreno, depositados en la otra de las zonas libres (13) de las dos pistas (3) de cobre.
