Abstract
Se proporciona: una estera aleatoria que comprende un haz de fibras cortado [A] obtenida cortando oblicuamente un haz de fibras parcialmente separado [B] preparado formando de manera alternante secciones procesadas por separación, cada una de las cuales se separa en una pluralidad de haces, y secciones no procesadas por separación, a lo largo de la dirección longitudinal de un haz de fibras, en donde el área de sección transversal total de fibras de refuerzo muestra una cantidad de cambio específica entre ambas puntas del haz de fibras cortado [A]; un método de producción de la estera aleatoria; y un material de moldeo de resina reforzada con fibras usando la estera aleatoria. Al tener el haz de fibras cortado [A] específico de la presente invención, se puede lograr una excelente capacidad de flujo durante el moldeo, se pueden lograr altas propiedades mecánicas (resistencia, módulo elástico) cuando se convierta en un artículo moldeado, y se pueden suprimir variaciones en las propiedades mecánicas para que sean pequeñas.
