Abstract
Un haz de fibras parcialmente separado que comprende secciones sometidas a proceso de separación, cada una dividida en una pluralidad de haces de al menos tres haces, y secciones no sometidas a proceso de separación, que se forman alternativamente a lo largo de la dirección longitudinal de un haz de fibras que comprende una pluralidad de fibras individuales. El haz de fibras parcialmente separado se caracteriza porque, en cualquier sección transversal de la dirección del ancho tomada a lo largo de la dirección longitudinal del mismo, una velocidad de fibras individuales contenidas en una región en la que haces de fibras divididos adyacentes se unen por una parte no sometida a proceso de separación es de 67% o menos con respecto al total de fibras individuales en la sección transversal de la dirección del ancho. Un método de producción para el haz de fibras parcialmente separado, un material de moldeo de resina reforzado con fibra que usa el haz de fibras parcialmente separado, y un método de producción para el material de moldeo de resina reforzado con fibra que usa el haz de fibras parcialmente separado. Cuando el haz de fibras parcialmente separado se ha convertido en un material de base intermedio de haces de fibras que tienen fibras discontinuas que se va a usar en el moldeo de un material compuesto, es posible controlar los haces de fibras delgadas y los haces de fibras gruesas en una proporción óptima y un estado de distribución óptimo y mostrar la fluidez durante el moldeo y las propiedades mecánicas de un artículo moldeado en un buen equilibrio.
