Abstract

Un proceso para la preparación de un artículo de material compuesto con fibra reforzada que comprende las etapas de: a) proporcionar una preforma de fibra en un molde, b) inyectar una composición de resina termoendurecible de múltiples componentes en el molde, en donde la resina composición comprende: (b1) una resina epoxi líquida, (b2) un agente de curado que comprende 1,3-bis (aminometilo) ciclohexano, y (b3) un acelerador comprende al menos un compuesto seleccionado del grupo de ácido sulfónico y sal de imidazolio de un ácido sulfónico, c) permitir que la resina impregne la preforma de fibra, d) curar la preforma impregnada de resina, e) desmoldear la pieza de material compuesto curado, facilitar la fabricación de artículos de material compuesto con tiempos de ciclo reducidos, dichos artículos de material compuesto exhiben excelentes propiedades mecánicas, especialmente el alargamiento y la resistencia a la fractura, y se pueden utilizar para la construcción de vehículos de transporte de masas, en particular en la industria automotriz y aeroespacial.
