Abstract

En la construcción de llantas se proporciona para construir una parte intermedia de la estructura de carcasa en un momento sobre un tambor formador respectivo dentro de una línea de formación intermedia. El tambor formador con la parte intermedia de la estructura de carcasa se hace disponible en una primera ubicación de transferencia. La parte intermedia de la estructura de carcasa es completada a través de n ubicaciones de terminación con n=1 y después se transfiere para el ensamble subsecuente con la estructura de corona a una segunda ubicación de transferencia. En un momento de operación en el cual la primera ubicación de transferencia está ocupada por un tambor formador que viene desde la línea de formación intermedia o que se intenta para la línea de formación intermedia, desde una a n ubicaciones seleccionadas desde las n ubicaciones de terminación y la segunda ubicación de transferencia están ocupadas por los tambores formadores respectivos.
