Abstract
En un aspecto se proporciona una espuma que comprende: una matriz polimérica que comprende siloxano polimerizado injertado con polietileno y una pluralidad de células formadas en la matriz polimérica que contienen un agente de soplado que comprende dióxido de carbono. En otro aspecto se proporciona un método para fabricar una espuma que comprende: injertar siloxano polimerizado en polietileno para formar un agente mediador injertado; moldear el agente mediador injertado para formar un agente mediador moldeado y espumar el agente mediador moldeado usando CO2 de alta presión para formar la espuma, en donde la espuma tiene una porosidad mayor a 75%.
