Claims (15)
- 発泡体であって、
ポリエチレングラフト化重合シロキサンを含むポリマーマトリクスと、
前記ポリマーマトリクス内に形成され、かつ二酸化炭素を含む発泡剤を含有する、複数のセルと、を含む、発泡体。 - 前記ポリエチレンが、低密度ポリエチレンである、請求項1に記載の発泡体。
- 前記ポリエチレンが、高密度ポリエチレンである、請求項1に記載の発泡体。
- 前記発泡体が、75パーセント超の多孔性を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の発泡体。
- 重合シロキサンのモルパーセントが、0.5〜10パーセントである、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の発泡体。
- 前記ポリマーマトリクスが、ポリエチレンとポリエチレングラフト化重合シロキサンとのブレンドを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の発泡体。
- 発泡体を作製する方法であって、
a.重合シロキサンをポリエチレンにグラフト化して、グラフト化された中間体を形成することと、
b.前記グラフト化された中間体を成形して、成形された中間体を形成することと、
c.高圧CO2を使用して、前記成形された中間体を発泡させて、前記発泡体を形成することと、を含む、方法。
